What we do
Hydronic underfloor heating
Warm water pipework in the slab, delivering an even, silent warmth across the whole floor. The most comfortable way to heat an alpine home, and among the cheapest to run.
Air-to-water & ground source heat pumps
Renewable heat sources sized to your home's real demand. As a preferred Stiebel Eltron installer, we design, install and service systems built for Central Otago winters.
Hot water systems
Hot water heat pumps, cylinders and boiler systems that deliver constant hot water without constant costs, integrated with the heating rather than running beside it.
Solar hot water & solar energy
Optum has been designing and installing solar hot water systems in Wānaka since at least 2010. Solar thermal and PV are planned to work with your heat pump and storage, not bolted alongside them.
